PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our team will review your ideas or designs, and advise relative expertise to best serve your vision. This includes but is not limited to fabrications, stitching, suitable printing methods, and any options to help economically.
•Fabrics & Trim Sourcing- Our sourcing staff works with a network of local suppliers to provide you with an array of of different fabrics, trims, notions, buttons and zippers for your designs. Custom fabrications, dye, trims, patterns and notions options are also available.
•Prototypes/Sampling- We highly suggest sample creation before final bulk production of your product. Dizzy Deputies will walk our manufactures through your design and features to effectively produce a tangible, or mannequin (approved by photo) sample. Consider sample pricing and production time to be 2-4 times more than bulk.
•Quality Assurance- We strive to create reliable quality products, so that your customers return every time. Our product development team will check the stitching, seams, material durability, and hardware for consistency in our samples and bulk production.
•Apparel Label Design- The label refers to the inner tag of your product. Our graphic design team will layout the size and logo placement, and washing instructions for the most ascetic label- all aligned with your brand vision of course. Have a final product already? No problem. Purchase and apply the labels yourself for an overall professional look.

Company logos are more complex than just colors and a name. Our graphic design team will conceptualize your vision and incorporate our creative expertise to make the perfect logo that represents your brand.

BB2L Consult $50 virtual/$75 in-person
Even for limited items, in time or quantity, it is important to fully understand your vision as Dizzy Deputies develop your product/s. This is a necessary first step of the Dizzy Izzy experience. 30 minutes to review and expand on your questionnaire answers is all we need to help outline our professional plan for your launch. Whether selling in a retail store, or from the back of your trunk, it is our responsibility to lead the mass production, packaging, and labeling of your brand product or apparel.

PRINTING
We work with a network of different contractors, offering a large selection of printing techniques from single color water-based inks silkscreen, all over prints, pigment dye print, CMYK prints, dye sublimation and digital printing.
•Digital Print- Can be printed on both natural and synthetic fabrics
•Dye Sublimation Print- Used for printing on polyester or other synthetic fabrics
•Metallic Foil Screen-print- Can be printed on natural fabrics only
